Like every year, the great debait on what to eat on Passover night has already begun. My mother and I meet in the living room of my parents house to try to decide what to prepare for dinner this year at the Seder. Well, it is yet to early to decide upon every part of the meal, besides, my mom is already planning everything in advance and there is no real need for special planning, but one thing is sure, Israeli wine will be an inseparable part of our Passover table.
