Barkan Wine Cellars produce three series of quality wines:

Reserved: Five prestigious varietal wines – winners of two medals at the 1993 Vinexpo and one medal at the 1995 Vinexpo in Bordeaux

The best wine seems to be the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that seem to surpass the Merlot grapes for softness and is regarded as the premier red variety world-wide, this Cabernet Sauvignon from Golan Height grapes is fermented in the Bordeaux manner on the skins for two weeks beyond the end of fermentation for softness. the wine is matured for three years in French oak. The 1988 Cabernet Sauvignon won a gold medal at the 1993 Vinexpo; the 1989 – a silver medal at the 1995 Vinexpo.
